It is time to get your daughter signed up for another incredible session of Girls on the Run! This year we plan to reach over 2,000 girls at over 150 sites. At Girls on the Run we inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them so wonderfully unique and beautiful, and we want your daughter to recognize this strength within herself.

Program Registration

Online registration for the Spring 2018 Program is NOW OPEN! As done in the past, this is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are a coach, and have completed your volunteer paperwork and signed up for training, you are eligible to receive a discount code for your child’s registration. NEW THIS YEAR: If you need financial assistance with the registration fee, you have the option within the Program Registration to apply. This is based off of Household Income, and you will be asked to provide proof of income upon completion of the financial assistance form. If you do not see your daughter’s site, don’t worry! We are still accepting site applications, and you can contact our Program Director, Ivy Denihan for assistance in getting your daughter’s school signed up.

What you need to know about the Spring 2018 season:

The Girls on the Run season begins the week of March 12th, 2018, with the Celebration 5k Race being held on June 2nd at Sugar House Park.

Practices are held either twice a week for one hour, or once a week for two hours for 10-weeks. Practice days & times are determined by each site – please check site info on our PROGRAM LOCATIONS page prior to registering.

Registration includes: 20 lessons conducted by certified Girls on the Run Coaches (25 hours of instruction), one official Girls on the Run T-shirt, participation in the Girls on the Run 5k, a water bottle, a healthy snack at each practice, a 5k finisher’s medallion. Most importantly, registration includes your daughter learning that she is inherently FULL OF POWER and POTENTIAL. By knowing she is the leader of her life, she will find her voice and become a girl who believes she can change the world, and that is our mission here at Girls on the Run.

Join us for our celebratory Girls on the Run 5K on June 2nd, 2018 in Sugar House Park.  You don’t have to be in the program to sign up – it is open to the public!  If you have any questions on the run,  registration or the running buddies program, please contact our Race & Events Director, Sara Alisuag for assistance.
